Most of the trees we remove in Tampa Bay don't have room to fall. They lean over pool cages, garages, fence lines, and neighbors' yards — so we almost never just cut and drop. Our crew dismantles trees in sections: a climber or our lift gets above the canopy, rigging lines control every cut, and limbs are lowered — not dropped — into a clear zone we set up before the first saw starts.
Tight access is where that discipline pays off. Backyard trees behind fences, oaks wedged between houses, trunks leaning over a lanai — sectional rigging means the tree comes out without taking your fence, screen enclosure, or flower beds with it.
For the big ones, our lift reaches high over mature live oaks and our grapple truck handles trunk wood that would take a hand crew all day. When the last section is down, the same crew runs cleanup: everything chipped, loaded, and hauled, with stump grinding available before we leave.
Sometimes — it depends on where you live and what the tree is. In unincorporated Hillsborough County, protected trees over a certain trunk diameter need a county tree-removal permit before they come down, and large grand oaks get the strictest review. Invasive species are generally exempt. Tampa, Pasco County, and Hernando County each have their own rules.
Florida law also gives homeowners an important exception: under Statute 163.045, a tree on residential property that an ISA Certified Arborist documents as a risk can be removed without a permit, application, or fee. Our certified arborist assessments provide exactly that documentation — one visit covers the evaluation and the removal plan.

Yes — that is most of what we do. We dismantle the tree in sections and lower each piece on rigging lines instead of felling it, so fences, screen enclosures, and landscaping stay intact.
We chip the brush, load the trunk wood with our grapple truck, and haul everything away — cleanup is included. The stump can be ground below grade in the same visit if you add stump grinding.
