The Ground Up
Before T.E.A.M. existed, Thomas Schmitt spent more than 15 years doing hands-on tree work across Florida and other parts of the country. His experience includes complex removals near power lines and emergency storm response.
In 2022, Tom and his wife Alyssa founded T.E.A.M. Tree Service right here in Tampa Bay. They started with one truck. Today, T.E.A.M. holds a 5.0-star rating across 168+ Google reviews, and Tom still personally oversees every job.
