T.E.A.M. Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at teamtree-service.com. This page explains how we handle information when you use our website, request a quote, or contact us, including through a phone number shown in our advertising or on our website.

What We Collect

When you submit a quote request form, we collect:

Your name
Phone number
Email address (optional)
Property address (required for the tree removal estimate form)
A description of the service you need
For tree removal estimates: property ZIP code, number of trees, and preferred timing

We do not collect payment information through these forms. The estimate page also captures campaign tags and advertising click identifiers when present in your visit, so we can understand which advertising led to a request. These are kept in browser session storage for the tab and included with the request sent to our team. We do not capture arbitrary URL parameters or a full referring URL for this purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact and job details to respond to your request, discuss your tree service needs, and arrange an estimate. We also use website and conversion information to measure inquiries and advertising performance. Sending the estimate form does not enroll you in a promotional messaging campaign.

We Never Sell Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers to process requests and measure advertising, as described below.

Phone Calls and Advertising Measurement

Some visitors, including people who arrive through Google Ads, may see a Google forwarding number in place of our usual business number. Calls to that number are routed to T.E.A.M. Tree Service. Google assigns the forwarding number; its area code and availability may vary, and the number can change. It is used for calls and advertising measurement, not as a permanent contact number or a text messaging number.

Google processes call details, and makes reporting available to us, such as the caller's number or area code when available, call date and time, duration, whether the call connected, and the advertising associated with the call. We use this information to understand which ads generate inquiries and improve our advertising. Clicking a phone link is also measured separately and does not by itself confirm that a call took place.

Google Ads audio recording is turned off in our account. Our current Google Ads call measurement uses call details and duration, without recording the conversation.

Text Messages

Our website does not currently operate an automated customer text messaging program. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing texts. If you text our regular business number or request a text response, our team may reply directly about your inquiry or job. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask our team to stop texting you or use phone or email instead; we do not provide an automated STOP or HELP service through this website.

Data Retention

Request details may be kept in our inbox and customer management system to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and those purposes. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for ongoing services or legal obligations.

The estimate confirmation stores a request identifier in your browser tab to avoid counting a page reload as another inquiry. It contains no contact details and is used for up to 24 hours. Browser session storage is normally cleared when the tab is closed; request details and campaign information delivered to our team are separate from this browser storage. Google and other service providers retain data under their own policies; the 24-hour period above applies only to the estimate confirmation identifier in your browser.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

Resend — processes form details to deliver quote request emails to our inbox.
Twilio — where configured, may receive quote details to attempt internal text notifications to our team, including your name, phone number, service, property details, and a message excerpt. This is separate from customer texting and does not subscribe you to a text messaging program.
Vercel and our database provider — host the website and, where configured, store request details in our customer management system. Hosting services also process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Cloudflare Turnstile — checks browser and request signals to help protect the form from automated spam.
Google Analytics and Google Ads — measure visits, phone-link clicks, completed requests, and calls through Google forwarding numbers as described above. Google tags may collect page and device information, IP addresses, cookies, and advertising identifiers to measure visits and connect inquiries to advertising. The standard contact form also supplies email or phone details to Google's enhanced conversion feature, which normalizes and hashes those details for matching. The tree removal estimate confirmation sends a request identifier and conversion events without including your name, address, phone number, or email in those events.
Anthropic — when spam moderation is configured, reviews the submitted name, email, requested service, and message to identify business solicitations.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and clear site storage. These choices may limit advertising measurement or affect website features. Google provides information about how it uses information from websites that use its services, its Privacy Policy, and controls in My Ad Center. Ad personalization settings do not necessarily turn off all analytics or call reporting. You can also email us directly using the address below instead of using a website form or forwarding number.
